DR. DAVID CHEW BUYS OVER AMARANTH'S WARRANTS

Singapore, 11 December 2006 – Mainboard- listed Stratech System Limited (“the Company”) announces that it has been notified by its Executive Chairman, David Chew that he has, pursuant to an auction, purchased from Amaranth LLC (“Amaranth”) 46,790,373 warrants each carrying the right to subscribe for 1 new ordinary share in the capital of the Company upon its exercise at $0.09 subject to terms. These warrants were in the registered form issued pursuant to a Share and Warrant Subscription Agreement of 16 November 2005 between the Company and Amaranth and announced on 17 November 2005. Of these, 35,643,010 warrants will expire on 30 May 2007 and 11,147,363 warrants will expire on 1 December 2007.
