STRATECH SYSTEMS ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO ITS BORAD OF DIRECTORS

Following the announcement yesterday on the appointment of Mr Chew Hai Chwee as an Independent Director with effect from 30 May 2006, the Board of Directors of Stratech Systems Limited (“Stratech” or “Company”) wishes to welcome Mr Chew as the new Independent Director of the Company as well as announce the resignation of Mr Basil Chan as a Director of the Company with effect from 2 June 2006.

Mr. Chew Hai Chwee , 51, is c urrently an Executive Director of United Fibre System Limited and sits on the Board of Directors of several public-listed companies. He was previously an Executive Director of NASDAQ listed Pacific Internet Limited, one the largest telco-independent Internet Communications Service Providers in Singapore . In his 15 years of experience in finance and operations in large multinational companies in Asia and the United States , he has held various positions, including Chief Operating Officer of Country Foods Private Limited, a subsidiary of Singapore Airport Terminal Services (SATS), and Country Chief Financial Officer of Black and Decker Asia Pacific. He is currently a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors and the National Association of Accountants. Mr. Chew holds a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with first class Honors from University of South Alabama , USA .

Following his resignation on 2 June 2006 , Mr. Basil Chan shall ipso facto cease to be Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Remuneration Committee. The Company would like to express its appreciation to Mr. Chan for his contributions.
