STRATECH WINS $2.4 MILLION CONTRACT

• Stratech Awarded $2.4 million Government Contract For Medical Claims Proration System

Singapore, December 19th, 2011 - Singapore Exchange Mainboard listed Stratech Systems Limited ("Stratech") is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a contract worth $2.4 million (including options) by the Government of Singapore to operate and maintain the Medical Claims Proration System (MCPS).

The MCPS, developed by Stratech in 1998, has been in service since 1999 for the management and processing of electronic claims of healthcare benefits of civil servants. In the new contract, Stratech will continue to provide maintenance services and operations support over the next 1 year with an option to extend up to another year.

The contract will have a positive impact on the Group's financials from 1st January 2012.
