Dr. David K.M. Chew
 Dr. David K.M. Chew is the Founder and Executive Chairman of the Stratech Group. With 30 years of experience in the industry, Dr. Chew has played an integral part in the success and development of Stratech. He won the Rotary-ASME Entrepreneur of the Year 1999 Award and in the same year led the Company to be amongst the Enterprise 50 list of most enterprising privately-held corporations in Singapore. Dr. Chew was a member of the National University of Singapore Mechanical Engineering Departmental Consultative Committee and the Singapore ONE Steering Committee which was instrumental in the development of the world’s first nationwide broadband network. He was also a Founding Member of Board of Directors of the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) where he served for three terms.
Executive Director and Chief Corporate Officer
Ms. Leong Sook Ching
 Ms. Leong Sook Ching is Executive Director and Chief Corporate Officer. She joined the company in 1995 to form and helm the Legal Affairs Department. She is responsible for corporate strategic planning and review, organisational planning and the formulation of general Company policies as well as policies for these other departments that she manages: Human Resource & Administration, Finance, Legal, Quality Excellence and Intellectual Property Management. Ms. Leong engaged in private law from 1989 to 1995 and she was made Partner in 1993. She practised in the areas of civil litigation and corporate matters. She has a Bachelor of Laws from the National University of Singapore.
President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Chua Ah Leng
 Mr. Chua Ah Leng is President and Chief Operating Officer. He has more than 32 years of experience in the IT industry makes him a seasoned and respected veteran. His broad spectrum of experience spans across merger and acquisitions, business development, systems integration, IT infrastructure, marketing, sales and delivery. Mr. Chua was formerly Chief Operating Officer of Singapore Computer Systems (SCS) where he actively participated in its turnaround and took charge of SCS China Business. His notable career comprise of portfolios such as Managing Director at PrivyLink Pte Ltd, COO at Frontline Technology, Assistant Chief Executive at National Computer Systems, Deputy Director CISD at the Ministry of Home Affairs and Director of National Computer Board's Government Systems Division. Mr. Chua has a Bachelor of Science (Hon) in Physics from the Nanyang University of Singapore.
Director of Alliances and Technical Fellow
Dr. Kennedy K.M. Chew
 Dr. Kennedy K.M. Chew is the Director of Alliances and Technical Fellow. He tracks and analyses market trends and developments, and helps chart new business and technology directions for the Company. He plays a key role in large-scale, mission-critical systems design and development, including the creation of related intellectual property rights. Before joining the Company, Dr. Chew was a member of the Technical Staff and Chief Architect at the National Computer Board of Singapore (currently the Infocomm Development Authority or iDA). He was awarded the NCB Undergraduate Scholarship to study Computer Science at the University of Toronto and the NCB postgraduate scholarship to study at the University of Texas where he graduated with a PhD in Computer Science.
Group Director of Sales and Senior Vice President of Stratech Aerospace Pte Ltd
Mr. Joe P.T. Ong
 Mr. Joe P.T. Ong is responsible for expanding Stratech’s overseas businesses. He brings years of experience in the field of aerospace, transportation and security industries. Previously, he was Regional Sales Manager at ST Electronics (Info-Comm Systems) where he oversaw the sales of intelligent transport systems in China, Taiwan, India, Vietnam and Thailand markets. He was also Regional Manager at NEC Solutions Asia Pacific where he was involved in developing the biometrics solutions business in ASEAN and Greater China. Mr. Ong holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) from the University of Portsmouth and a Bachelor of Science from the Central Queensland University.
Senior Vice President of Stratech iVision
Mr. Ivan K.P. Lew
 Mr. Ivan K.P. Lew is Senior Vice President of Stratech iVision. He was the Senior Vice President of Stratech’s Computer Vision from 2002 to 2004, and was instrumental in the development of iVision products for the homeland security market. Mr. Lew has also been responsible for making forays into the U.S. and Middle East markets. Furthermore, he has had experience in the operations and management of various industries including environment-related, power and utilities and healthcare. Formerly, Mr. Lew was in the Republic of Singapore Air Force as a Commanding Officer and a fighter pilot. Mr. Lew is a member of the Rotary Club of Singapore. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Naval Architecture from the Western Australia Institute of Technology.
